Historic Flavors and Methods: Ice Cream with Chef Moniqe Quinonez

Summer means ice cream and Heritage Square means history. Put the two together and you create a fabulous flavor experience. Join Chef Moniqe Quinoñez as she combines her love of food history with her love of ice cream. She will be creating 2 fabulous flavors along with demonstrations — and of course — lots of tasting. We’ll be making strawberry and cookies & cream and perhaps more! We’ll use old fashioned ice cream makers and then enjoy the fruits of our labor.
Chef Moniqe is a graduate of the Arizona Culinary Institute and has over 10 years of experience with pastry and deserts around the valley. She’s creating this experience just for us, so it’s sure to be a sell out!
